Job Summary
Retail Omni Fulfillment Associate at DICK’S Sporting Goods responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting omni-channel processes (Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and Curbside). Duties include processing merchandise and receipts per programs, upholding merchandising and presentation standards, assisting in all omni fulfillment steps, participating in loss prevention activities, completing daily inventories, and maintaining store safety and confidentiality. Team-oriented role focused on proactive customer interaction, adherence to service level standards, and executing assigned duties across store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
