Job Summary
Greet teammates and customers while proactively approaching athletes to understand their needs. Process all merchandise received at the store in accordance with established programs and procedures. Uphold merchandising standards and complete omni fulfillment processes including Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and Curbside pick-up. Participate in Loss Prevention procedures by completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits. Adhere to safety policies, standard operating procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Maintain an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
