Job Summary
Coordinate daily retail network operations by managing franchise contract renewal processes and ensuring timely distribution of corporate updates, new products, and operational directives to stores. Serve as the primary daily reference point for supporting partner locations while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to maintain smooth information flow. Monitor key commercial metrics, prepare reports and presentations, and assist in applying company policies to drive continuous network improvement. Requires a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics, plus 2-4 years of retail operations experience and strong Excel skills. Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing, Οικονομικά ή συναφή κατεύθυνση
- 2-4 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέση Retail Operations, Retail Network, Sales Support, Franchise ή Commercial Operations
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στο Excel
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλαπλών εργασιών και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων
Desired Qualifications
- Εμπειρία στην επικοινωνία και υποστήριξη δικτύου καταστημάτων ή συνεργατών θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
