Job Summary
Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed agreed-upon production goals. Maintain a complete knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, Procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines. Provide clients sound mortgage advice based on their needs and Truist product benefits. Consistently execute referral processes to introduce clients to other bank solutions. Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up for clients, attorneys, or appraisers. Adhere fully to Truist policies, State, and Federal regulations. This role operates on a commission basis with a potential salary draw. Requires English fluency and 1+ year of banking or lending experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types
- Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check

- 1st shift (United States of America)
- Must be able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need
- Travel Up to 75%
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related studies or equivalent financial sales experience
- Two or more years of experience in residential mortgage lending with solid knowledge of the local market and regulations
- Previous sales awards and leadership positions
