Retail Mobile Sales Associate

Retail Mobile Sales Associate needed to deliver best-in-class customer experience, provide hands-on demonstrations of wireless devices and services, and help customers select devices and plans. Learn and build proficiency in customer service while collaborating with a team to build skills and progress toward a Mobile Expert role after training. Responsibilities include guiding customers through purchasing, answering questions, performing product demonstrations, strengthening relationships, identifying and handing off small business leads, and using digital tools to enhance interactions. The role emphasizes energy, empathy, building loyalty, uncovering customer needs, and educating customers on latest technology, accessories, IoT devices, plans and services, and network capabilities. The position involves in-store activities, teamwork across channels, and contributing to a positive, fun environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, competitive drive, ability to work with peers and store leaders, and prior customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
