Job Summary
Create awesome customer experiences by talking tech, explaining plans, and recommending solutions that match customers' lives. Help bring in new clients and build relationships with returning ones while staying up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions to upsell when it fits. Answer store phone calls, keep the store clean and organized, and use sales systems to follow company policies. Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while collaborating with teammates and jumping in on additional tasks as needed. Full-time or part-time onsite role with a base pay of $14.00–$15.00 per hour DOE, plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience
- Basic experience using computers and mobile phones
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations
