Job Summary
Retail Mobile Sales Associate responsible for creating positive customer experiences by helping shoppers select plans, phones, and accessories and by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. The role involves talking tech, explaining plans, upselling when appropriate, staying current on phones and promotions, answering questions, assisting with marketing events, maintaining store presentation, handling store operations, and collaborating with teammates and managers. Requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; training is provided for candidates without prior wireless experience. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be legally authorized to work in the United States; Spanish bilingual skills are preferred in some locations.
