Job Summary
Retail Mobile Sales Associate at 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in Saint Paul, MN. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories, staying up-to-date on pricing and promotions, and contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Responsibilities include creating positive customer experiences, talking tech, upselling when appropriate, handling store phone calls, participating in local marketing and events, keeping the store organized, and collaborating with teammates and managers. Must have strong communication, a positive attitude, multitasking and problem-solving skills. Prior wireless or retail sales experience is a plus but not required; training is provided. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred in some locations. This role is onsite and requires the ability to stand and perform typical retail duties. Compensation ranges from $16.37 to $16.50 per hour DOE; benefits include health plans and sick time. The company states it does not sponsor employment-based visas.
Required Qualifications

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience
