Job Summary
Identify and engage potential retail customers to promote millwork products and solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and resolve customer issues promptly. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports to monitor progress against sales goals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies. Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance product knowledge and network with potential clients. The role requires understanding millwork materials, applications, and translating technical product specifications into customer benefits, with strong communication, CRM proficiency, and collaboration with production and logistics teams. Some weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
