Job Summary
Merchandising Colleague responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement, updating mannequins and floor layouts, and ensuring pricing/signage accuracy to deliver an engaging in-store experience. You’ll greet customers, provide helpful assistance, and collaborate across departments to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming environment. Daily tasks include maintaining organized displays, supporting visual merchandising, replenishing merchandise, updating signs and pricing, handling customer inquiries, and using POS and loyalty benefits to enhance the shopping experience. The role emphasizes hospitality, eye-for-detail in merchandising, and teamwork across the store. Flexible weekend/evening hours are required, with typical Part Time scheduling. Essential physical duties include standing, continuous movement, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with comfort using computers and register equipment. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Able to learn about products and provide expert guidance to customers

- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
- Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable displays
