Job Summary
Greet customers, recommend products, and close sales by mastering store inventory, loyalty programs, and sales systems. Maintain department recovery standards, including selling floors and fitting rooms, while ensuring accurate pricing and signage through regular technology updates. Assist with floor relocations and visual merchandising to enhance product displays. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for prolonged periods.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Ability to handle electronic devices
- Ability to stand/walk around the store or department for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to use computers and handheld electronic equipment
- Ability to lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach above eye level, crouch, kneel, stoop, and climb ladders
- Good color vision
