Job Summary
Merchandising-focused front-of-house role responsible for executing merchandise movement and display updates, maintaining organized, shoppable displays, accurate pricing and signage, and delivering a welcoming customer experience. You will greet customers, assist with their needs, collaborate with teammates across departments, support visual merchandising by updating mannequins and floor layouts, replenish merchandise, and help meet sales goals. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to learn product information, utilize POS systems, and participate in loyalty programs and credit account outreach are key responsibilities. The schedule includes weekends with full- and part-time hours, and professional interactions aimed at delivering hospitality and a positive store experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to create connection with customers and help the store achieve sales goals
- Able to learn about products in the store and provide expert guidance to customers
- Ability to use point-of-sale technology and process transactions
- Standing for extended periods and physical requirements as listed
