Job Summary
Merchandise movement and placement execution in-store, maintaining visually appealing, well-organized displays with accurate pricing and promotional signage. Serve as a welcoming front-of-house presence, greet customers, assist with product guidance, and support collaboration across departments to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include updating mannequins and floor layouts, replenishing merchandise, recovering the floor and fitting rooms, and ensuring readiness for daily operations, while leveraging loyalty programs and POS tools to assist customers and drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Able to learn about products in the store and provide expert guidance to customers
- Able to open credit accounts and share loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
- Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience
