Job Summary
Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies to enhance visual appeal and maintain organized, shoppable displays. Greet customers with genuine hospitality, offer assistance, and create personal connections while ensuring pricing and promotional signage remain accurate. Recover the sales floor, fit rooms, and restock merchandise throughout the day, updating mannequins and resetting layouts to align with company directives. Process register transactions using point-of-sale technology and share loyalty program benefits to drive sales and acquire new customers. This part-time role at Lynnhaven Mall requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with a schedule of 12-24 hours per week.
Required Qualifications

- Able to learn about products in the store and be able to give expert guidance to customers based on their wants, features, and choices
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
- Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience
