Job Summary
Merchandising Colleague responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement, updating displays, ensuring pricing and promotional signage accuracy, and maintaining a well-organized, shoppable sales floor. Duties include greeting customers, offering assistance, collaborating with colleagues across departments to support sales, updating mannequins and floor layouts to align with company directives, replenishing merchandise, and supporting loyalty and credit accounts. The role emphasizes delivering an inviting in-store experience, effective use of POS technology, and contributing to meeting daily sales goals while upholding store standards and hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Ability to create connection with customers and help achieve sales goals
- Ability to learn about products and provide expert guidance to customers
- Ability to open credit accounts and share loyalty benefits

- Regular attendance and punctuality
