Job Summary
Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies to enhance visual appeal, maintain organized displays, and ensure accurate pricing and promotional signage. Greet customers with genuine hospitality, offer assistance, and create friendly conversations to build relationships and drive sales. Collaborate across departments to support shared goals, recover floors and fitting rooms, replenish stock, and update presentation to align with company directives. Maintain a shoppable space by managing mannequins, resetting layouts, and processing transactions using point-of-sale technology. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, meeting daily sales challenges while adhering to physical requirements for lifting and standing.
Required Qualifications

- Able to create connection with customers, help the store achieve sales goals, and participate in sales-boosting events

- Able to learn about products in the store and be able to give expert guidance to customers based on their wants, features, and choices
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
- Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience
