Job Summary
As a Retail Merchandising Supervisor, you will be responsible for sales floor merchandising, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service while coaching your team. Key responsibilities include executing product activities, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring a neat environment for customers. The role requires strong retail operations understanding, team management experience, and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Flexibility to adapt to store needs and handle multiple priorities is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing and coaching a team and/or supervising others
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
- Has a clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations
- Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
- Ability to multitask effectively with limited or no supervision
- Ability to lift, push or pull materials in the 100-pound range
- Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
