Retail Merchandising Supervisor

Oversee in-store merchandising activities across the assigned geography, including coordinating merchandising displays, backroom management, and in-store execution to support the merchandising game plan. Hire, onboard and coach Sales Service Representatives (SSRs), conduct interviews, and manage onboarding timelines. Provide ongoing coaching and development, utilize performance management to address substandard work, and communicate area priorities to SSRs. Collaborate with district managers to ensure merchandising standards are met, drive annual performance appraisals for direct reports, and manage leave approvals. Requires a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; includes driving responsibilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office; includes understanding of employee benefits and eligibility for full-time vs part-time roles.
