Retail Merchandising Specialist (Food Broker)

Travel to retail locations to effectively merchandise brands through Plan-O-Gram execution, shelf space management, and compliance with promotional, pricing, and new item placement. Place weekly orders to maximize store sales, conduct store visit recaps, and develop directives while maintaining relationships with department staff and store managers. Provide ongoing feedback on store-level performance, monitor competitor activity, and manage Affinity technology systems. This role requires lifting 30lbs, managing floor stock rotations, and using reliable transportation for daily visits. Earn $19-$24 per hour with monthly auto allowance, gas reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.
