Job Summary
Implement company standards for store appearance and merchandise arrangement by collaborating with in-store personnel, assisting with initial store setups, and evaluating stock levels to replenish inventory through actual orders or quantity suggestions. Remove damaged and outdated merchandise, administer returns processes, and actively participate in product relocation, store resets, and labeling for new and existing inventories. Merchandise specific categories using planogram implementation with analytical store-specific data while serving as a front-end consultant on product placement concepts. Utilize ABC reporting data to gauge product sales, generate tailored reports for store personnel, and prepare Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio software. Record all store activities into CRM and maintain ongoing communications with Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Business Development Sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Program
- two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
- Good selling skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of ABC policies, programs & services and products
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong creativity skills

- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to possibly travel 50% + within assigned territory as well as other areas if needed
- Shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
- Remote role, but must be located in West Virginia
- Travel: 35% ( could be higher or lower at times, but average is 35%) with overnights
