Job Summary
Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments between the DC, boutiques, and clients. Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities and translate the product story through creative visual merchandising. Lead the team to execute Aritzia's standards for product display, maintenance, and seamless omni-channel services. Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team to support business objectives and enable progressive career development.
