Job Summary
Conduct retail store visits to audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products. Partner with team members for multi-person installation projects and build positive relationships with in-store personnel. Complete assigned tasks using a personal mobile device for reporting and reference materials, while managing materials pickup and delivery to locations. This part-time role requires 20 hours weekly, Monday through Friday between early morning and midday, with occasional weekend hours. Candidates must own a basic toolkit, possess a smartphone or tablet with GPS, and be able to drive within a 60-mile radius. Paid training is provided virtually and in-store, with a weekly pay schedule and mileage reimbursement included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must own a basic toolkit
- A basic toolkit includes a multi-screwdriver, torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy off, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, and goo gone
- Able to complete paid online training courses in the required timeline before working in-store
- Must be available for occasional weekend hours during busier, higher-volume periods
- Availability to work 20 hours per week minimum
- Ability to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines, with access to reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 60-mile radius
- Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear, and drive
- Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds
- Climb a ladder more than 10 feet tall
- Complete/pass certification (online and in-store) to use moving equipment, such as Big Joe/Little Joey and forklifts
