Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and initiating store recovery as required. Uphold merchandising philosophy, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to shrink reduction goals. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards for the sales floor and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, with a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
