Retail Merchandising Associate - PART TIME

Part-Time Merchandising Associate (RMA) executes the Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategy to maximize brand presentation and prominence on the retail floor. Responsibilities include implementing seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines, placing new/replenishment merchandise and POS with store personnel to maximize sell-through, conducting store visits, coordinating with store/district/regional management to ensure brand awareness, and providing weekly field reports with photos detailing visits and stock issues. Qualifications include High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred, 3-5+ years in related retail roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of brand presentations, stock management, and collaboration with store personnel are emphasized.
