Retail Merchandising Associate - PART TIME BENEFIT ELIGIBLE

Part-Time Merchandising Associate responsible for executing the Randa & Haggar brand merchandising strategy. Maximizes brand presentation, profile, and prominence on the retail floor to increase sales while coordinating with store personnel, visual managers, department managers, store managers, and district/regional personnel. Key duties include implementing seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines, placing new/replenishment merchandise and POS, conducting store visits based on business needs, and providing weekly field reports with photos. Qualifications include a High School Diploma (Associates Degree preferred), 3-5+ years in related retail merchandising/visual merchandising roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule: 30 hours per week with part-time benefit eligibility. Location: Boston Central (01801), Boston, MA, US.
