Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising philosophy while responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports TJX Companies' mission to delight shoppers with hidden treasures across our seven brands. Starting pay is $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
