Job Summary
Responsible for executing corporate merchandising plans for in-store consistency, including stocking shelves, resetting shelves, conducting product rotation, and evaluating shelf conditions. The role requires operating a pallet jack, maintaining shelf conditions, and ensuring compliance with company standards for sanitation and safety. Candidates should have basic knowledge of store reset processes, math skills, and the ability to read planograms. The position requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and flexibility for travel to various retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- One or more years of stocking experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education
- Minimum of 21 years of age
Additional Requirements
- Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business
