Job Summary
In-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Provide customer- and management-facing service with a friendly, enthusiastic approach. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, the ability to work in a retail environment, and successful teamwork. Training is provided; part-time hours with potential additional hours and benefits options available.
Required Qualifications
- Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- You’re 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
