Job Summary
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs while demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members. Perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs with a safety-first mentality. Work independently as a motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results, supported by training and team assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently
- Possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
