Job Summary
In-store Merchandising Team Lead responsible for building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales. Supports leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires; previously led and trained staff. Requires strong customer service, interpersonal skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable transportation, and comfort using a smartphone or tablet to record work after shifts. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in Oregon; role offers on-site work in Siletz, OR with opportunities for growth and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1-2 years merchandising experience
