Job Summary
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner while performing physical duties such as moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift. Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Have experience leading and training people
- Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
