Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Lead and train team members while maintaining safety standards and using digital tools to record work after each shift. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Have experience leading and training people
- Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
