Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Maintain excellent customer service and interpersonal skills while interacting with clients, customers, and team members. Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift. Demonstrate a safety-first mentality while performing physical duties involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience and proven ability to lead and train people.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Have experience leading and training people
- Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
