Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities include building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Must be able to interact with customers and management, perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs), and work independently while contributing to a team. Requires 1-2 years merchandising experience and demonstrated leadership/training abilities; proficient with smartphones/tablets for post-shift reporting; strong customer service and safety-focused mindset. Location: Sandy, OR; on-site role with standard retail hours.
