Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser Team Lead role focusing on in-store merchandising: build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience and experience leading/training people; able to lift up to 50 lbs; 18+; reliable transportation; proficient with smartphone/tablet to record work; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with action orientation; ability to work independently and as part of a team; safety-first approach in retail.
Required Qualifications
