Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser Team Lead responsible for in-store merchandising support, building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Provide leadership support with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Must be 18+, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to work in a retail environment with strong customer service and teamwork skills. Location: Estacada, OR (on-site). Hourly pay activated at $18.50 with potential for additional hours and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1-2 years merchandising experience
- experience leading and training people
- ability to move, bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs
- reliable transportation to work location
- ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- self-starter with bias for action and results
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- safety-first mindset in a retail environment
