Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience with leadership/training ability, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, comfort using a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift, independence with a teamwork mindset, and the physical ability to move/bend/stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation. Opportunity for growth with internal promotions and benefits package.
