Job Summary
In-store merchandising support including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift. Lead and train others, demonstrate excellent customer service, work independently or in a team, and maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- experience leading and training people
- ability to perform physical work (lift up to 50 lbs)
- ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- self-starter with bias for action and results
- ability to work independently and in a team
