Job Summary
In-store merchandising support to Retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership/training ability; capable of using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; autonomous with strong team-building capabilities; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- 1-2 years merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Proficient with smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
