Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser Team Lead responsible for in-store merchandising support: build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift; strong customer-service and interpersonal skills; self-starter with team-building ability and safety-first mindset. Location: Kerhonkson, NY; physical, in-person role with standard retail environment responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
