Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience and ability to lead/train others; ability to perform physical work (lift up to 50 lbs); 18+; reliable transportation; proficiency with a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; self-starter with team-building skills and a safety-first mindset. Location: Germantown, NY (US).
Required Qualifications
