Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser Team Lead responsible for in-store merchandising support, building displays and end caps, shelf resets with product rotation, and inventory tracking to maximize sales. Provides leadership support including reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have 1-2 years of merchandising experience with leadership/training abilities, and be proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift. Compensation is $20.00/hour with opportunities for growth; benefits available; no prior experience required as training is provided.
Required Qualifications

- able to perform physical work including standing, bending, and moving
- reliable transportation
