Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser Team Lead focusing on in-store merchandising tasks such as building displays and end caps, shelf resets with product rotation, and inventory tracking to maximize sales. Supports leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership/training experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable with smartphones/tablets for shift recordings; strong customer service and teamwork skills; 18+ years old. Location: Woodstock, NY; full-time hours with potential additional hours and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Have experience leading and training people
- 18 years or older
- Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Safety-first mindset in a retail environment
