Job Summary
In-store merchandising leadership role focusing on building displays and end caps, shelf resets with product rotation, and inventory tracking to optimize sales. Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years merchandising experience and demonstrated ability to lead and train others; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work with customer-facing teams, and use a smartphone/tablet to record work after shifts. Strong customer service, self-motivation, teamwork, and safety-conscious approach required.
