Job Summary
Lead in-store merchandising efforts including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years merchandising experience and demonstrated leadership/mentoring abilities; strong customer service, communication, and team-building skills; ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and work with mobile devices for recording after shifts. Suitable for candidates who are reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
