Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser Team Lead responsible for in-store merchandising, building displays and end caps, performing shelf resets with product rotation, and tracking inventory to optimize sales. Supports leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires leadership experience, strong customer service, ability to train and mentor teammates, and comfort using mobile devices to record post-shift work. Caters to a retail environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- experience leading and training people
- reliable transportation to and from work location
- ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- motivated self-starter with bias for action and results
- works independently but with team-building skills
- safety-first mentality in a retail environment
