Job Summary
In-store merchandising lead role focusing on building displays and end caps, shelf resets with product rotation, and inventory tracking to maximize sales. Supports leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Requires 1-2 years merchandising experience and experience leading/training people. Must be able to perform physical work, lift up to 50 lbs, and use a smartphone/tablet to record post-shift work. Emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset in a retail setting.
Required Qualifications
