Job Summary
Assemble displays, endcaps, and shelving while reorganizing store shelves according to the planogram and project instructions. Locate shipped tags and puck racks with Giant Eagle staff assistance, then complete the survey in the app by uploading photos and answering required questions. Review your completed work with the manager to obtain their signature on the Sign-Off Sheet before leaving the store. This independent contractor role requires prior retail merchandising experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a smartphone with the Survey Merchandiser App. Pay is $20/hr for shifts starting August 27th in Johnstown, PA, with assignments ranging from 3-6 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail merchandising experience
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
- 18+
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Business casual attire: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo
- No shorts
- No tank tops
- No graphic shirts
- No sandals
- No dirty clothing
- No personal phone use on the sales floor
- Must arrive 15 minutes early
- Must print Sign-Off Sheet and Letter of Authorization (LOA) before arriving
- Must complete the survey in the app, upload required photos, and answer all required questions before leaving the store
- Must review completed work with the manager and obtain their signature on the Sign-Off Sheet
- Must complete the reset according to the planogram (POG) and all project instructions
- Must locate the shipped tags and puck racks with assistance from Giant Eagle staff
- Must check in with Customer Service or the SM and introduce yourself as a Survey representative to work on the Pro's Choice Beauty Care Reset
