Job Summary
Review project instructions and execute merchandising assignments including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Perform inventory counts, product scanning, and merchandise stocking while ensuring displays remain clean, organized, and accurate per planograms. Remove discontinued products and materials as needed. Travel between retail locations to complete services, submit daily project reports with photos via mobile device, and document completion on the same day work is performed. Typical assignments range from 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
- Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
- Active email address for project communication and reporting
- Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
- Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
