Job Summary
Review project instructions and execute merchandising tasks including product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations. Remove discontinued materials, conduct inventory counts, and stock merchandise according to planograms while ensuring displays remain clean and accurate. Travel between retail locations to complete assignments, submit daily project reports with photos via mobile device, and manage multiple independent projects. Typical assignments range from 12–20 hours per month with flexible scheduling based on client service windows.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation
- Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned retail locations
- Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) with internet access
- Active email address for project communication and reporting
- Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed
